10.4. 2011 ASR Da Marco Cruze hits the track

The ASR Da Marco Chevy Cruze competed for the first time in Round 1 of the 2011 CTCC Season. This race, which was a non-points race drew many new untested 1.6 turbos cars raced for the first time. The ASR Da Marco Cruze, a new turbo cars performed well until hitting a tire barrier on lap 13. A few laps later ASR engineers chose to bring the car in to ensure no further damage to the car. The first test of the car was cconsidered successful.

05.29.2011 ASR Da Marco Cruze at Zhuhai

The ASR Da Marco completed its first full race at the second round of the CTCC Championship series. The car, with a new 1.6 turbo engine is still under development. This was its first test on a high speed circuit. In the race the car qualified 16th and completed the race in 14th place. More importantly the car finished number

05.06.2011 ASR Cup Second Round Race Results

The second round of the 2011ASR Cup Championship series was completed on June 5th. Two races were held on an overcast but dry day. In the first race of the day Arnaud Deligny took first place with Giotto Castiglioni second and Stephane Houriez third. The second race was won by Frank Mohleke with Arnaud second and Stephane again in third place.

05.04 2011 ASR Cup First Round Race

The ASR’s Cup first race of the season was held on April 4th. On a beautiful afternoon the two races were held after a morning of practice and qualifying. The winner of the first race was Arnaud Deligny, followed by Frank Moehlke and Stefano Montessi. In the second race Stefano came in first followed by Arnaud and Frank.
